What is your sport background?

I used to do a lot of horse riding, but after that I never really started something where I would be serious and disciplined again. I did all kinds of things that were only for a short term. But for the past three years I have been doing weight training and it has become very serious to me since last year.

Do you have a specific objective regarding your shape?

I like a figure that is beautiful and well-balanced in its entirety and I also make sure that I don’t get too big or too masculine. At the moment I am still searching what I can do best to achieve my dream figure with my booty and my back.

What is your favorite booty exercise?

Ooh, I have so many! I usually have one favorite exercise that I keep doing very often. At the moment, for example, I can’t get enough of the ‘cable deadlift with a booty band’. You can find that exercise in the App as well. I find this a very good exercise for the booty, with a little help from your arms and lower back. It’s amazing!

How many times do you train?

You can find me in the gym five times a week. I would prefer to train more often, but I can’t combine that with my social life. Out of all muscle groups, I train my legs and booty the most, about three times a week.

How would you describe your booty?

I would describe it as a nicely round Dutch booty. And my boyfriend? He always says I have a thick booty, haha.
