What is your sport background?

I’ve always been very active. At the age of 9 I started dancing and I swam for the official swimming club in Albania. But 4 years later I had to undergo my first knee surgery. As a result I had to walk on crutches for months. I gained a lot of weight during that time. With a lot of help
from my physiotherapist it became possible to work out again. I started swimming again. Unfortunately, at the age of 15 I had to undergo a second surgery again. The story repeated itself again… I stopped exercising and as a result gained weight. But I never lost hope. I have to admit, I was scared because I just wanted to be fit and healthy, but somehow I was always interrupted by the surgeries I had to undergo and the pain I had. At the age of 16 I decided to go to the gym. I started very slowly. Read many books and articles online, and so I slowly learned everything that I am proud of today. Exercising has always been a passion of mine and I enjoy it a lot!

Do you have a specific objective regarding your shape?

My goal is to always get better and better. Right now I am satisfied with how strong I am, but I want to give my body more shape. My waist small and my booty even more lifted, rounder and tighter.

What is your favorite booty exercise?

Cable Kickbacks. I think it’s a great isolation exercise for your booty and it also includes your hamstrings. Make sure you hold the tension and pinch your booty well. Your upper body must remain completely still during the movement.

How many times do you train?

I train 5 times a week. I always make time for it. If I am busy during the day or have seminars/lectures, I train in the evening, and vice versa. I currently train my booty and legs 3 times a week. The other 2 times left I join Carlos’ classes, Tabata for example. With Tabata I make sure I train my upper body. HIIT workouts burn a lot of calories and have helped me a
great deal with improving my condition.

How would you describe your booty?

I have quite a bit of luck with my booty. They are nicely full. Thanks to my genes, my back is slightly hollow and that accentuates my booty even more.
