I have been into training, fitness and bodybuilding for almost 13 years now. Have been part of lots of competitions… 29 in total. In addition to that, I also do MMA and kickboxing. I used to do gymnastics and horse riding.
I just want to get the most out of it. I love muscles very much, but I do believe it must remain feminine. I want my legs and booty to be nicely muscular and my waist as small as possible.
The hip thrust in combination with of course, a Carlos Lens booty band.
I train 5 to 6 times a week. When I’m preparing for a competition I train even more. Then almost every day, sometimes twice per day.
A full round and muscular booty. I’d say it’s kind of a Brazilian booty.
