What is your sports background?

I grew up doing water sports such as catamaran sailing, windsurfing and water skiing. As a young girl I also attended jazz ballet, softball and horse riding. I joined the gym when I was sixteen. I did everything there: from body pump to spinning and strength training. I never liked doing cardio inside the gym. I prefer running outside.

Can you imagine a life without sport?

No, sport is one of the most important things in my life. I just always want to be and feel fit. That is how I feel the most comfortable. I will never let go of my body. The goal is to get the best out of it. I think I am a beautiful woman and I would like to keep it that way.

As a nutritionist, do you have any tips for a good booty?

Nutrition is the biggest determining factor for your health. We all know how to eat – we have the knowledge. But our eating habits sometimes leave something to be desired. I believe in eating responsibly. Make sure you follow a healthy diet, nutrients that your body needs and misses most. And this is not only good for your booty, but for your overall health and body.

How many times do you train?

Right now, I work out three to four times a week. During my holidays I prefer being active. Skiing, snowboarding, sailing or diving for example. Oh, and in my spare time I ride motorcycles. I also think that it is a sport. It should not be underestimated. I get such a nice feeling when I’m sitting on a 1,000 CC motor’s leather seat.
